This level of design service is for the client who wants professional advice,
yet has the time to manage, direct, and oversee their own project.
In-home Session
offering advice and consultation to determine design options, solve design
dilemmas, and improve and enhance client’s personal space.
(Working with Client’s
Existing Furnishings) Rearrange existing furniture, wall décor, lighting,
furnishings, and accessories to create a fresh, new look.
Select paint colors and
offer suggestions for additional furnishings and changes as is called for to
meet client’s needs and express their personal style, including ideas for
renovation, built-ins, trim work and architectural embellishment, or room
additions.

Purchase Furniture,
Lighting, Art, Accessories, and other Furnishings as needed to transform and
improve upon client’s existing space.

Making use of client’s personal items and/or shopping for new
items and seasonal items as needed to create the environment that is desired for

to “call home”. The right design choices provide the necessary edge needed in

--The Consultation
A walk through of the
entire interior and exterior of the house is conducted with the Owner and/or
Agent. All rooms and exteriors are evaluated and a written report of
recommendations and improvements is prepared.

Working with the Owner
and/or Agent, the recommendations from the written report are implemented.
